We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated partnerships manager to join our team; as the partnerships manager at TMGM, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including introducing brokers (IBs), affiliates, institutional clients and other business partners. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our partner network and driving revenue growth while enhancing our brand presence in the market.
Responsibilities
Partnership Development: Identify, prospect, and onboard new partnerships to expand the company's partner network and achieve business growth targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, acting as their primary point of contact and providing exceptional customer service and support.
Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and commission structures, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
Revenue Generation: Work closely with partners to drive trading volume, customer acquisition, and revenue generation, utilizing effective marketing and promotional strategies.
Training and Education: Provide training, product knowledge, and marketing materials to partners, enabling them to effectively promote TMGM’s products and services to their client base.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse partner performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports and feedback to partners, highlighting opportunities for improvement.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, providing insights and recommendations to optimize partner strategies and maximize revenue potential.
Collaborative Efforts: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure partners adhere to regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices, minimizing potential risks and maintaining a high level of integrity and compliance.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Partnership Manager or a similar role within the financial services industry
Strong network and existing relationships with introducing brokers, affiliates, or financial industry partners.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence partners.
Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and driving revenue growth. In-depth knowledge of financial markets, trading products, and industry regulations.
Analytical skills to monitor performance metrics, conduct market research, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
Prospecting and pipeline maintenance, this is a results driven role so you will need to be constantly looking for new business.
