What You'll Do: As our Operations & Stock Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless stock management and warehouse efficiency. From maintaining stock accuracy to managing relationships with third-party providers, your role will be pivotal in driving our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strict stock accuracy and integrity across systems
- Own stock GRN process and reporting
- Create SKUs and manage data integrity
- Support outbound stock and invoice requirements
- Reconcile stock across systems and investigate discrepancies
- Manage warehouse value-added services and QC requests
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and third-party providers
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven experience in stock control and warehouse management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
