The Opportunity:
We are looking for a new addition to our Customer Success team in Boston, Durham, or New York. During the initial implementation of our products into our customers’ technology stack, this person will be a link between the customer and the most modern commerce products. You will guide our customers with their systems integrators through their implementation toward value realization and successful use of our products in the shortest possible time. You will be part of our customers’ decision process regarding their technical architecture. You will explain our separate products’ value and how to best leverage it. As such, you will be responsible for positioning commercetools products as key elements of our customers’ new commerce tech stack and architecture.
