Job Description
As a Business Analyst at Sopra Banking Software, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into functional specifications for software development.

What will the role involve?
- Supporting the Product Lead and Solution Architect in the completion of deliverables
- Providing onsite support to clients during requirement gathering, training and testing phases as required
- Liaising with Team Leaders, Solution Architect, Product Lead and Project Managers for the monitoring, and completion of deliverables and task allocation
- Taking on key roles within project for Requirements Gathering / Testing phases
- Acting as a deputy for the Product Lead and Solution Architect to assist with deliverables
- Leading workshops to gather and document requirements
- Participating in handovers to Production Support Teams, assume responsibility as required
- Documenting changes within user stories
- Working with cross functional teams in agreeing appropriate solutions
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
- 2-3 years of experience working within banking/financial sector
- Experience of a Software Delivery Life Cycle
- Educated to a degree level
- Experience of Business Analysis processes and methodologies
- Adaptable to working with client’s preferred requirement management tools and methodologies
- Strong communicator
- An innovative and pragmatic individual

- A logical mindset
- A keen eye for detail
- Strong negotiation skills
