Sopra Banking Software has an exciting new challenge for a Technical Delivery Manager to join our Cloud Operations team.
The Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for planning and monitoring the delivery of technical build phases across a large client base, and for internal Cloud Operations projects.
Working with Technical teams across several business functions and geographical locations to deliver technical work packages to enable successful technical project and service delivery.
You will be a fast learner and contributing to the creation of a technology landscape that will enable teams to build, deploy and maintain solutions at pace and with maximum stakeholder engagement. The Technical Delivery Manager will gain a thorough understanding of the Sopra software technology stack from all technical colleagues and work directly with the client IT and Architecture teams on implementation projects ensuring smooth delivery and deployment of all software.
The technology landscape includes Oracle Database, Unix, Linux and Windows systems, APIs and API Gateways, Oracle Forms and JEE Application Servers. Projects involve implementation of these technologies as well as Extract Transform Load (ETL) using PL/SQL and creating software defined infrastructure through TerraForm, Ansible and shell script.

Salary range for this role is circa £60,000 to £65,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.
