Job Description
We are recruiting for a Scrum Master with prior, demonstrable experience. The successful candidate will be accountable for running a mixed onshore/offshore, growing delivery team who support one of our key customers delivering a high profile, digital transformation to their business. Once established, the role will expand to acting as Scrum master for additional scrum teams and may include travel to our offshore site in India on an occasional basis.
Qualifications
We are interested in hearing from you, if you have most of the following attributes:
- Experienced scrum master with at least formal PSM Level 1 accreditation (PSM level 2 preferred) and can demonstrate core scrum values through working examples
- Experience in working with cross functional, hybrid, onshore and offshore scrum teams
- Embodies and encourages internal and external collaborative working
- Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience (software or product development, financial services)
- Has a desire to play a key role in improving Sopra and our clients strategic ways of working
- Happy working in a demanding and challenging customer facing, fast paced role.
- Experience in developing people through coaching or mentorship
- Comfortable communicating to a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Self-Motivated and Pro-active
Benefitial skills:
- Experience in Financial services
- Worked with or in Project Management roles and/or can demonstrate understanding of Project lifecycles
- Understands Agile methodologies, ideally has worked in Agile Software development and holds a SAFe qualification(s)

Salary range for this role is Circa £55,000 per annum
