Sales Manager at Ultimate Performance

Job Descrption

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with prospects and clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of our products and services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

The successful applicant will live and breathe health and fitness, encompass the same values as our own, and be able to demonstrate integrity.

The role will be based at our x7 London gyms: Chelsea, Paddington, Mayfair, Kensington, Canary Wharf, London City and St Paul's.

Key tasks:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including calling, networking events, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new prospects to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and recommend the most suitable products or services to meet clients' needs.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and UP industry differentiators to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a win-win solution for both the client and the company.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Schedule training sessions when appropriate for the team and as directed by the Head of Sales.
  • Participate in training and maintain up-to-date product knowledge to generate upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Support the team with training on new processes and systems.
  • Understand the GDPR and how it affects customers. Comply with UP Information Security and Data Protection procedures and take responsibility for keeping up to date on the latest legislation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Ability to effectively present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. -
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
