Job Description

• In Room Dining Sales agents are responsible for taking incoming orders, verifying room & guest information, and entering all pertinent info into POS.
• Opening and Closing all checks to include all forms of payment methods including cash handling
• Responsible to give estimated arrival time of food and relay any special requests to chefs and the service team.
• Responsible for recovering guests and alerting management when necessary.
• Sales Agents are responsible for dispatching and tracking orders, handling tray pick up requests, supporting bus runners through system communication and cashiering responsibilities of all orders among others.
• The sales and upsell of guest orders is the fundamental aspect of all sales agents.
• Responsible for revenue generation of In Room Dining through sales goals.
• Accountable for processing all amenities (comps and paid)
• Responsible for conducting training/retraining for the team.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner, second language a plus.
• Requires a minimum of one year work experience in a high-volume call center.
• Previous Food & Beverage experience a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule depending on business demands.
• Requires the ability to work efficiently and within a team environment.
• The candidate must be extremely knowledgeable of all services and attractions available in Las Vegas and at Wynn Las Vegas, including restaurants and shows.
• Must be computer literate, including MS Office & reservation software.
