What does a day look like for you here?
Working on hybrid basis from our Birstall (WF17) office, you’ll be part of an award winning, friendly Talent Acquisition Team that is responsible for all recruitment activities across the organisation. As our valued TA Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional administrative support to both the Talent Acquisition team and our other internal stakeholders.
Your contribution will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and ultimately hiring top-tier talent for the company. By effectively coordinating recruitment activities and maintaining candidate databases, you will ensure the smooth progression of the hiring process while providing candidates with a seamless and positive experience.
Beyond administrative duties, you will also take charge of managing various internal and external social media platforms. Through strategic content creation and curation, you will actively contribute to enhancing Daisy's employer brand, thereby attracting more qualified candidates, and showcasing our outstanding job opportunities.

Ideally, you will be an excellent communicator with a keen eye for fine details and solid administrative skills. We are also responsible for ensuring a fair process and adherence to our recruitment policies which will require you to ensure everything is in place for our candidates. Taking a proactive approach to work and being resourceful will also serve you well in this position.
