What does a day look like for you here?
Working on a home or hybrid basis from our Manchester office, you'll act as a single point of contact for your assigned customers answering any questions that may arise and providing quick resolutions to any Service-related issues. You'll be the go-to person for managing contracts, ensuring everything runs seamlessly in line with the contractual agreements, identifying any gaps or risks, and then addressing them as needed.
To help stay on top of things, you will hold regular Service review meetings with your customers and present your well-prepared data analysis. Regular reporting will also be required, you'll prepare and share Service Management Reports to further drive improvements, ensuring our customers remain happy with the services they are receiving. You’ll act as an internal and external ambassador, efficiently handling customer queries and regularly liaising with our suppliers and internal colleagues.
This is an excellent opportunity if you are seeking a role which can offer a health work-life balance. If successful, you will have the option to be fully home based or work on a hybrid basis from our Manchester (M16) office.
