What does a day look like for you here?
The Project Manager holds a key role in overseeing the successful delivery of multiple complex projects, ensuring alignment with Daisy's approved solutions and adherence to delivery, quality, and budgetary plans. Responsibilities encompass the creation and maintenance of project plans, resource identification and allocation, acting as the primary contact for internal stakeholders, and meticulous budget management. The Project Manager conducts regular project reviews, adheres to PM governance, and prioritises timely delivery within specified parameters. Additionally, the role involves risk assessment, management, and the implementation of contingency plans. Collaborating with Service Transition, the Project Manager ensures a seamless operational go-live, while also serving as a crucial point of escalation when needed. This multifaceted role underscores a commitment to achieving project objectives with a focus on time, cost, and quality requirements.

- Someone who has a minimum of 2 years project management experience, preferably in the ICT industry, with expertise in Cloud, Connectivity, or Communications workstreams.
- Ability to collaboratively outline high-level project tasks and design unique solutions without relying on past "lessons learned."
- Familiarity with ITIL principles.
- Proven expertise in Risk & Issue management and mitigation.
- Proficient in Management Information (MI) and reporting.
- Effective people management, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
