Required to travel to multiple sites (Field Based) within South West Yorkshire

Your key objectives will be to act both as a specialist in specific product areas and roles (related to the account) and provide support for hardware and software maintenance (Incident) calls and implementation (IMaC) requests.

Job Description
About the role...
To act both as a specialist in specific product areas (related to the account) and provide support for hardware and software maintenance (Incident) calls, implementation (iMac) requests. To be able to act as a first point of contact for users to assist with first-time fixes, also assist with ad-hoc IT related tasks as and when required. To be able to provide coverage for Engineers/Service desk in periods of absence or other as and when required. To maintain flexibility in order to service the SLA.
Qualifications
What do we need from you?
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Drive, self-motivation, and ability to work under own initiative
- Good organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Previous customer service experience
- Willingness to learn and expand technical knowledge
It would be advantageous (not essential) for you to have:
- Experience on an IT and/or Telecoms Service Desk
- Knowledge and experience working with ITSM tools such as Service Now
- An understanding of ITIL
