Job Description

What’s on offer?

  • Location:                          Nelson
  • Salary:                              Up to £22k per annum
  • Contract Type:                Permanent, Full Time
  • Hours:                              37.5 per week, 08:30 – 17:00, Mon - Fri
  • Working Style:                Hybrid (Home & Office-based Working)

Your key objectives in this role will be to provide outstanding front-line customer support to our valued Customers. Supported by our highly rated Service Desk Teams, you will answer queries and provide regular communication updates to customers via phone, our online portals and email.  

This is an excellent opportunity if you are seeking a role with a forward-thinking company that offers a healthy work-life balance as you will be working 2 days from home and 3 days from our Nelson head office. 

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Providing top-notch customer service through different communication channels.
  • Keeping records updated in our systems with precision.
  • Working closely with Service Desk Teams to manage incidents and requests.
  • Beating individual and team KPIs to make and keep our customers happy.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, third-parties, and our team.
  • Tackling customer challenges with dedication and perseverance.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to meet broader business goals.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

  • Previous Customer Service experience.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Web Browsers.
