We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced advanced practitioner/medical laboratory assistant that has worked in cellular pathology for at least 4 years.

Do you want to be involved in service expansion and development? At SBS the service rarely sits still, there is continuous growth and adaption to the market. There are some projects ongoing that would give staff valuable service change and implementation experience.
This role will be fully rotational, participating in Reception/Dissection/Main Lab/Additionals/Digital Pathology.
The role will provide the leadership and management of the team of laboratory reception assistants, medical laboratory assistants, laboratory scientists and a close partnership with the Biomedical Scientists.
You will ensure the service is delivered efficiently to enable performance within KPI, making service improvements as required.

Annual salary reviews linked closely to personal objectives.
Good location, just off Junction 26 M1.
Qualifications
-This post has no formal qualification requirements, although the candidate must have proven excellent skills and competencies in cellular pathology/histology.
-The candidate is expected to have at least 4 years practical experience in cellular pathology/histology.
Additional Information
For this position we are willing to offer relocation packages for candidates outside of acceptable commuting distance.
Salary from £34,000 depending on experience
