Senior Product Manager

Now we’re looking for a stellar product manager to help drive this next chapter of growth with us.
As a Senior Product Manager on the Creative team, you will have the unique opportunity to help shape the future experience of how our customers will import, design, and see their mail creative within Lob. You will oversee Lob’s homegrown rendering engine as a core product, and set a high bar for quality and stability to make sure every mail piece Lob sends to print is rendered accurately and efficiently. This is a high-touch position with Lob, as every single mail piece and customer interaction will go through the rendering product.
What you’ll do:
- Drive the product definition, strategy, and long term vision for the Creative team. You own the roadmap.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, customer success and more to make rendering state of the art at Lob, as well as bring new creative tools at Lob to life and own the entire product life cycle for the Creative team.
- Contribute to discovery of new initiatives through research, competitor analysis, wireframes, user flows etc.. and help define the problem and solutions.
- Identify, effectively prioritize, and communicate product plans for the most impactful areas the team should focus on to hit their quarterly goals
- Set up and monitor key metrics for your products. Report on adoption and success metrics to internal teams and stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years experience of product management experience building customer-facing B2B applications and tools
- You’re an execution power-house and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get into the weeds
- A problem solver who is excited by new challenges and regularly coming up with new ideas that address our users’ needs
- One who has strong empathy for users you build for and can succinctly articulate why something is important enough to solve right now
- A meticulous and detail oriented individual. Proven experience working with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Segment, Looker, etc. and setting up your own metrics for success.
- Proven ability to drive product strategy, roadmap alignment, and direction
- Excellent written, verbal, and storytelling skills is a must. We’re a collaborative bunch!
CA/NYC Tier:
Base: $170,000 - $180,000
US Tier:
Base: $160,000 - $175,000
