Job Description
- Assisting the Project Manager in the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters of major construction projects
- Assisting in the planning for the on-going management of quality, safety, health and environment issues
- Assisting establishment of effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout the project
- Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators
- Tracking and documenting changes
- Preparing written project communication materials
Qualifications
- Degree in relevant discipline such as Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
- Project experience in vertical assets such as Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, fitout, Leisure, and healthcare would be ideal.
- Construction consultancy experience strongly preferred
- A minimum of 2 years project management experience
- Understanding of the full project life cycle
- Knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
- Design, management or construction experience gained within the general construction environment.
