Job Description
Turner & Townsend are looking to recruit a Recruitment Resourcer to support our internal recruitment function. The role will suit someone who is highly organised, has excellent attention to detail and is proficient in market mapping and head hunting talent.
Our recruitment and resourcing team plays an important part in the success of the business by attracting and recruiting the best talent in market, providing a best in class candidate experience. We have a fun and inclusive culture within the team, collaborating to achieve the best results possible
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Holds a Turner & Townsend LinkedIn Recruiter seat and actively sources and pipelines candidates
- Finding innovative solutions to recruiting in markets where there is a shortage of available candidates (cost management, project management and project controls)
- Co-ordinate and arrange interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Embedded usage and compliance of the ATS functionality
Qualifications
Applicants will be expected to have previous recruitment experience and extensive sourcing experience (In house or agency) ideally in the construction sector & specifically across the Cost Management, Project Management and or Project Controls disciplines
