Job Description
Sales
- Checking accuracy of sales invoices
- Help project leads with D365 Project set-up
Debtors
- Logging cash receipts
- Reconciling sales ledger control account
- Updating debtor reports and distributing
Cash
- Update weekly cashflow with actual receipts and payments
- Update monthly cashflow
- Update above with forecasted receipts and payments
Purchase Ledger/Expenses
- Maintenance of invoice and expense tracker
- Ensuring all invoices are checked and authorised
- Ensuring all expenses have receipts and authorised by appropriate manager
- Preparation BACs lists for both
- Setting up expenses and suppliers on the bank
- Set up new suppliers and running checks
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Credit card receipt management
- Giving notice to suppliers – as part of integration
VAT
- Quarterly VAT Reports prep and check for group VAT
- Checking of Irish VAT 6 monthly
- Oversea VAT claims
AMS Reports
- Chasing timesheets
- Preparing AMS reports – Sector analysis/Cost v Invoiced ad hoc request/Cost v Invoiced Reports/monthly utilization report
Month End
- Sending all month end info eg invoices/expenses/bank statements etc to HWF and answering their queries
- Chase missing sales invoices from project leads
- Fee reconciliation to QBO
- Reconciling of fees to latest STRF, identifying variances and obtaining explanations
- Identification of any accrued income
- Reconciliation of intercompany balances
Ad hoc
- ONS Surveys
- Audit deliverables request support (from May)
- Filing emails/requests and dealing with ad hoc enquiries
- Help with Data Integration
