Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Cost Manager, to join our busy and expanding Manchester office, supporting our clients to deliver projects and programmes in the Real Estate sector across Manchester and the North West, working on a variety of projects in a wide range of sectors including, Sports & Leisure, Commercial, Occupier & Residential.
This role will suit someone with a proven track record of delivery with an aspiration to progress their career.
Qualifications
- Degree qualified and MRICS qualified (or working towards) would be preferable
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Inquisitive and problem solving skill base
- Demonstrable cost management experience working at a consultancy
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
