Job Description
Turner and Townsend are current looking to recruit for Senior Project Managers to join our Commercial Developer team based in London working on London's tallest and most recognisable buildings. Working on projects with a minimum value of £10,000,000, we are establishing ourselves as one of the leading consultancies in London.
This opportunity is open to Senior project managers and will offer the right candidate the chance to work and deliver some of London’s most interesting and complex schemes across large hotel conversions, work with leading property developer clients who invests in superb residential projects in the capital and be involved in some of the capitals high profile mixed use projects.
Responsibilities:
- The ability to take a leading role on project delivery, with advisory support from senior colleagues.
- Managing the consultant team and monitoring programme through all RIBA stages to ensure successful project delivery.
- Establish and maintaining a good client relationship.
- Providing guidance and technical advice where appropriate to clients, consultants and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Experience of working with tall buildings
- Experience of working on projects £10,000,000 +
- A member of a professional body (i.e. RICS, APM, CIOB or equivalent recognised institutional body).
- Ability to oversee a team on a commissions/projects/programme.
- Experience in delivering a range of commercial property projects from inception to completion.
- Client facing experience, including working with clients on a commission/project basis.
- Strong experience in JCT and/or NEC contract administration.
