The opportunity
Our property project management team require high calibre project managers to support our projects in the South West and South Wales.
Our current sector workload includes; commercial, concert arenas, local authorities, data centres, transportation, development sites, logistics, health, education, defence, digital and manufacturing.
You will be self-motivated and will enjoy working face to face with Clients and supporting a T&T team for the delivery of our projects. The successful applicant will be given opportunities to develop themselves within our dynamic business.

The role
- A Project Manager will:
- Play a key role in the delivery of large projects
- Successfully manage their own projects
- Engage directly with the client
- Support the project team and client stakeholders
- Engage with the wider market.
Qualifications
- Ideally Degree qualified plus professional qualification.
- Proven minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate Project Management
- Competent in contract administration
- Working towards a professional qualification via a relevant professional body e.g. RICS, APM, ICE or CIOB.
