Our five year Apprentice Development Programme (ADP) provides you with a structured learning environment to help you become a well-rounded consultant and accelerate your career.
Your ADP starts with a formal induction, giving you the opportunity to start building your internal networks and deepen your understanding of Turner & Townsend and your service area.
On joining you will be provided with a structured development plan which introduces you to key business, technical and commercial competencies we know apprentices need to succeed at Turner & Townsend. This gives you the necessary tools to manage and monitor your personal and professional development and progress. Your line manager and apprentice development manager will provide you support and guidance throughout your apprenticeship to ensure you are on track.
As an Apprentice you will be enrolled on a higher-level apprenticeship to gain the knowledge and qualifications to be able to progress your career within your technical discipline. We partner with trusted learning partners to deliver our apprenticeships, and you will normally spend one day a week learning with them during term time. The rest of the time you will be working on commissions, where you will gain valuable on-the job learning experience, which will help you develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to pass your apprenticeship.
As well as learning on-the-job you will benefit from technical and behavioural training, to give you the knowledge and skills to support you in your role. Alongside this you will be the opportunity to pursue professional qualifications with an accredited professional body, such as RICS, APM, CMI, IMEA, ICE and CIOB. The qualification and professional body will depend on your technical discipline.
