AECOM Wisconsin is seeking a Bridge Design Manager for the Milwaukee, Wisconsin office to enhance its growing staff with strong bridge design leadership team.
This individual will be a key asset with AECOM's Wisconsin bridge design group in leading successful efforts as:
Coordinates and provides technical expertise for mid- large-size projects.
Leads technical client relationships and plays a major role in selling.
Leads discipline department efforts to grow technical expertise.
Leads technical business development work.
Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise.
Approves and signs off on work.
Leader in one or more areas of technology.
Provides estimates for the engineering budget and schedule a to meet requirements on large, complex projects.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Ability to pass MVR check.
Preferred Qualifications:
10 + years' experience in bridge design
Project management skills
Excellent verbal communication and writing skills, including technical report writing.
Structural problem analysis skills (including knowledge/use of design and calculation tools, software)
Knowledgeable of standard engineering practices, techniques and applicable Codes.
Knowledge of current structural modeling software tools
A current PE license.

Offered rate of compensation (in Wisconsin only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $95,000.00 to $165,000.00.
