Job Description
AECOM has a position available in Charlotte, NC for a Digital Project Manager to join our Transportation Business line.
The responsibilities of this role include, but may not be limited to, the following:
- Plans and directs the practice for an operational unit, department, or specialty.
- Ensures, directly and through subordinates, that projects are completed on time and to company standards.
- Provides periodic progress reports to senior management.
- This is a higher-level manager role; position requires extensive progressive experience.
- Has financial and project management responsibilities for the project.
- Responsible for the creation of work plans and task definitions, oversees data collection and develops solutions to business/client problems with a focus on financial analysis and improvement.
- Provides solutions to business/client challenges developed from a foundation of understanding or analysis of business practices and goals.
- Leads/mentors team of consultants and/or other staff.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors Degree plus 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Relevant experience must include two or more of the following: survey/SUE, Scan to BIM, BIM Modeling and/or Asset Management projects
- Demonstrated experience with cost/schedule/deliverable quality assurance and resource management allocated to projects
- Previous relevant Project Management experience
- Valid State Identification to access Client Facilities
- Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems or similar preferred
- Experience with Smartsheet for Project and Resource Management
