AECOM is actively seeking a Construction Resident Project Manager for our NJ office. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversees field site activities on large or multiple small projects
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish complex goals
- Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines and may lead the work of others
- Chair project meeting and distribute meeting minutes
- Conduct reviews and verification of construction schedules and coordination with the client
- Trouble-shoot issues as they arise with the team and client/s
- Work with RFI's, shop drawings, estimates, monthly billing and other related activities
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
- BA/BS + 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Preferred Qualifications
- NJ Turnpike Experience NJDOT experience would be an added value
- PE license in NJ
- Transportation Infrastructure Experience
- 6+ years Highway Experience
