Job Description

Are you a Project Manager looking to work on Healthcare Projects that can change the world, projects that are always more complex and innovative than the last?

If so, we are looking for an experienced Associate Project Manager to join our team in London office to work on Healthcare projects across London. You will be joining a team of like-minded experts that have a passion for innovation and delivering cutting edge solutions.

This role will provide the ability for you to further develop your career and be part of our expert Project Management Team.

  • New Moorfield Eye Hospital, Project Oriel
  • UCLH Phase 4 & Proton Beam Therapy – as seen on TV
  • Whipps Cross Hospital Redevelopment

 

Job Responsibilities:

You will need to be from a consultancy or healthcare client organisation with the ability to undertake a lead role on medium to large sized healthcare related projects, with minimal support in addition to providing line management support..

As an Associate Project Manager you will be expected to work as part of an integrated team on a significant component of a large complex healthcare project, that will be led by a Director.

The role would cover the whole project lifecycle from initial inception and business case development, through the design process, procurement process, site delivery, commissioning phase and defects management.

This role is for Projects Based in London.


 

 

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: (No more than 6)

  • Professional Qualified – ideally Project Management/ Construction/Engineering/Quantity Surveying Degree
  • Chartered Status with the RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE or other equivalent institution
  • Experience working within a construction consultancy
  • Formulate strategies and manage stakeholders using effective techniques (workshops, RACI Charts, etc.)
  • Formulate strategies for the effective management of change
  • Formulate and deliver collaborative working practices
  • Ability to develop strong client relationships, new and existing, as a result you will be a work winner.

    Preferred Qualifications: 

    • APM affiliation preferred (as secondary accreditation)
    • Prince 2 or MSP experience
    • NEC Contract Administration
