Job Description
- Oversee Industrialisation of new equipment, modification and continuous improvement of existing equipment.
- Management and development of all process engineers.
- Project Management, management of Stakeholder Expectation and Technical Reporting.
- Stakeholder Management - direct and indirect. Guiding, steering, and challenging expectation.
- Understand, create, and standardise processes and relevant documentation across business.
- Understanding multiple highly skilled processes and own all relevant documents.
- Hands-on approach to working. Directly supporting Plant, Operational and Quality Teams.
- Generate and Maintain documentation – Control Plans, PFMEAs, SWIs, Manufacturing Bill of Materials, Stage Drawings.
- Flexibility to split role between shop floor and office, adapting to change where necessary.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience within a Manufacturing/Process Engineering Team lead role.
- Time Served (HNC/HND) or Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Manufacturing Engineering. Candidates also considered currently working in an Engineering Role without stated qualifications if experience demonstrated.
- Excellent reporting skills both written and verbal.
