**This is a Full Time position at 40 hours per week that will float to support both Infectious Disease and Urology clinics located in McHenry and Huntley. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30a/8:00a-4:30p.**
The Patient Services Representative reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
The Patient Services Representative consistently provides the highest level of customer service over the phone and in person. This position performs clerical functions in an accurate and timely manner which contributes to the efficient operation of the office. The Patient Services Rep also performs basic office accounting functions.
