Job Description
Northwestern Medicine Medical Group (NMG) is seeking a board-eligible/board-certified Plastic Surgeon for a full-time practice opportunity located in Winfield and Geneva, IL.
- Employed full-time position with Northwestern Medicine Medical Group
- We are seeking a full-time surgeon with responsibilities include building a clinical practice focused on general reconstruction, microsurgery, breast reconstruction, MOHS reconstruction, local wound care and pressure sore reconstruction and abdominal wall reconstruction
- Qualified candidates must (1) be certified or eligible for certification by the American Board of Surgery and American Board of Plastic Surgery; (2) have completed at least one year of a microsurgery fellowship, and (3) be able to obtain permanent Illinois licensure.
- Join a system team of surgeons to help build a practice in the West Region
- Northwestern Medicine Central Dupage Hospital is a nationally recognized 392-bed hospital, level 2 trauma center with 24/7 hospitalists and intensivists in house coverage
- Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital is a 159-bed hospital, level 2 trauma center with 24/7 Pediatric hospitalists from Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s hospital of Chicago
- Medical Staff privileges at NM CDH and NM Delnor Hospital
- Successful and expanding multi-specialty physician group that promotes a collegial work environment, physician success, and compassionate care within a physician driven team
- EPIC electronic health record system
