Job Description
The Administrative Service Clerk reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
Responsibilities:
Greets and establishes positive first impressions with department patients, establishing a role as patient advocate, in accordance with Patients First service standards.
Provides leadership in Patients First, the Guiding Principles and AIDET standards through modeling behaviors and coaching others.
Organizes paperwork for patients by gathering the necessary materials and monitoring progress.
Documents all patient interactions in designated platform(s).
Completes other duties as assigned by Director or Manager.
Adheres to NM, divisional and departmental quality standards.
Identifies opportunities for and participates in process improvement activities.
Ensure all documents are sorted appropriately.
Thorough documentation to meet department standards.

Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or GED.
