Job Description
The Clinical Coordinator Hp3 Med/Surg Neuroscience reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
The Clinical Coordinator assumes accountability and responsibility in the primary function of a professional nurse leader in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care on his/her assigned shift. The Charge Nurse serves as a teacher, clinician, resource person and quality control agent.

Qualifications
Must be registered in Illinois. Minimum of three years medical/surgical required. BSN preferred. Must be committed to leadership and problem-solving ability. Possess excellent patient care, staff recruitment-retention-development, and performance improvement. Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association (BLS for Healthcare Providers) required.
