We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Supplier & Customer Operations Coordinator (Supplier Liaison Advisor). As the main point of contact between our customers and energy suppliers the successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying and addressing any discrepancies in outstanding contracts, suggesting process... improvements to enhance our operations, and ensuring high-performance standards.
You’ll also play a key role in providing training and development to sales and operational teams, helping to prevent recurring issues and fostering a collaborative, efficient work environment.
Working with our customers to gather any missing information necessary for a smooth transition to a new contract.
Providing training and development for colleagues in the sales departments and other operational teams to prevent recurring problems.
Collaborating with multiple teams and departments to ensure high performance and efficiency.
Joining our high-performing team in this department provides a fantastic opportunity for personal growth and training. Prior experience in a customer support, or administration role, where you successfully resolved customer enquiries and provided excellent service.
Exceptional skills in time management, attention to detail, and effective multitasking, allowing you to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
