1 Resource Group is currently seeking a highly organized and professional Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating service requests, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule service appointments for customers
• Manage and maintain service technician schedules
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and inquiries
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships/li>
• Collaborate with service technicians to ensure efficient service delivery
• Update and maintain customer and job records in the system
• Assist in the preparation of service quotes and proposals
• Monitor service performance metrics and provide regular reports to management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in a customer service or coordination role
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in MS Office and customer service software
• Knowledge of technical and mechanical terminology is a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
