AutogenAI revolutionizes the way people write by introducing a collaborative platform powered by Artificial Intelligence. Our award-winning SaaS application has already achieved sizeable success with significant ARR. We are rapidly expanding and innovating to meet the demands of our users in this ever-evolving digital climate. We closed our Series A in July 2023 and Series B in December 2023. We are growing at an explosive rate, and need to continue meeting the needs of our end users as we evolve our platform in a fast-changing environment.
We are looking for a lead developer to take ownership of key elements of our application, support other developers, and assist in building an effective team and culture. The salary range is £90-125K, with two days a week in our London office near King's Cross, and strong potential for career growth.
The selection process consists of an initial sift, a 30 minute video call, a one hour remote code pairing interview, a one hour remote system design interview, and an in-person meeting with the team at our office near King's Cross. We keep the time between these stages as short as possible, and in any case not more than a week.
Our stack is based in AWS, with a React frontend, NestJS backend, and various cloud-native services for auth, caching, data storage, search, logging and so on. We use TypeScript for all JS-based work, and Python for file ingest and processing.
To succeed in the role, you will need to adhere to modern devops-style practices. Practices we follow include infrastructure-as-code, frequent incremental deployment using CI/CD, short cycle times, thorough automated testing, reproducible builds, fine-grained service monitoring, fast recovery, and a focus on properly understanding what is needed before delivering it.
