Tahzoo, a leading digital transformation agency in the Information Technology and Services industry, is seeking a skilled Paralegal to join their team. As a company specializing in customer experience solutions, Tahzoo works with Fortune 500 companies to solve complex challenges and provide strategic guidance. Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing / reviewing legal documents, such as contracts and agreements
- Conduct legal research and provide support in various legal matters
- Coordinate and manage documentation, including organizing and maintaining files
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies
- Provide administrative support to the executvive team as needed
Requirements
- Associate degree or certificate in paralegal studies, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal
- Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
- Proficiency in legal research and writing
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
