About the Role (your why)
You will be joining an Award-winning SAM team at Datacom within our extensive Australian Service Operations business.
As a member of the SAM Operations team, you will be supported and valued, working collaboratively to deliver managed SAM services to customers. This is your chance to bring your positive attitude and to make your mark in a business by joining this rapidly growing team of skilled colleagues who have a broad spectrum of SAM and licensing expertise, with a laser focus on customer outcomes.
Our offices are based in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/ life balance. We therefore leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best!
Note: this role does not involve software licensing sales targets.
This role is ideal for someone who is experienced in Software Asset Management and looking for a new opportunity, is keen for a challenge, and keen to develop a career with loads of variety. Due to the nature of customer clearance requirements, you must be an Australian Citizen to be eligible for this role, prior AGSVA/Baseline/NV1 Clearances will be highly regarded.

You will work collaboratively with other Software Asset Management (SAM) team members, Product Solutions Consultants, and Customer account teams.
