We are currently recruiting for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Woking (hybrid, 1 day/week in the office).
Our Client Experience team is crucial to the success of our industry-renowned customer service function; this function is vital in enabling our clients to achieve their business goals.
Your key responsibilities as a Customer Success Manager will include to:
Assisting our customers throughout their journey from sales prospects to becoming active users of our products
Delving into the world of customer loyalty and cultivate strong, enduring connections
Ensuring customer success by anticipating and resolving issues before they arise; Stay ahead of the curve by proactively identifying opportunities and presenting cutting-edge solutions to help our customers thrive with our products.
Staying informed about our diverse product offerings as well as our customers' businesses and requirements to provide insightful suggestions and recommendations
Keeping a close eye on our customers to ensure they are consistently reaping the maximum benefits from our products and services
Coordinating with internal teams to align our customers' needs with our products and services development strategy
To join us as a Customer Success Manager, you will need the following skills and experience:
You must have asset management/industry experience
You must possess exceptional presentation and communication skills
You should have prior experience in customer success
You must be skilled in exerting influence, engaging in negotiation, and effectively persuading others
You should possess an analytical mindset and be inclined to make connections
You have a strong familiarity with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
You will need excellent relationship-building skills and client-facing experience
You will ideally have a degree in Economics or Finance
You will ideally have prior knowledge of Salesforce
