Sportradar is a worldwide leader in sports data and audiovisual services for bookmakers. For the last year, Sportradar significantly expanded its range of Gaming products & services by utilizing our RGS to offer 3rd party supplier content. We are well established in offering our market-leading Virtual sports products and in 2023 we will be offering customers a full range of exciting casino content, from numerous suppliers. This gives us access to customers' Sportsbook and Casino and offers massive value to them.

Sportradar, a leading digital international sports business is currently looking to recruit an experienced individual product sales specialist to grow our global virtual gaming sales. We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our global sales team in London UK.

This role will be part of the wider fan engagement product sales structure establishing and focusing on our iGaming Products. You will collaborate closely with the global sales director to develop a strong commercial strategy that will optimise revenue generation and the category's commercial viability. You´ll be responsible for selling our virtual gaming solutions to existing customers of sports betting operators but also hunting for new business opportunities.

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Identify, pitch and close new virtual gaming opportunities with new potential customers and existing betting operators throughout EMEA negotiate deals and acquire new customers.
  • Oversee relationship management
  • Maintain and develop strong ongoing relationships across existing operator client networks, to ensure Sportradar is continually perceived as the most trusted iGaming Partner across the Betting and Gaming industry.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date understanding of the iGaming industry, incl. relevant industry insights trends and market changes within various regions and use this information to identify key trends that may influence our strategic and operational approach.
  • Be part of Sportradar’s fan engagement team, collaborating and sharing best practices as you establish and shape the regional go-to-market strategy
  • Define, test and optimize business and prizing models with attractive offerings for key clients or partners and good mid and long-term profitability contributions for Sportradar
  • Actively engage in the virtual gaming ecosystem, interact with key players, establish key relationships and gain a deep understanding of the setup and needs of all stakeholders
  • Support and consult product teams to optimize the products from a sales perspective
  • Both domestic and international travel is required for internal and client meetings

Qualifications

  • Relevant commercial experience in a fast-paced sales environment and first experience in the betting and gaming industry is an advantage. 
  • Previous experience in selling iGaming solutions or similar iGaming Products to sports betting operators is highly beneficial.
  • Expertise in sales and marketing, with demonstrated success pitching new business and building long-term relationships with betting clients
  • Understanding of the sports betting and iGaming eco-system
  • A broad international network of iGaming partners would be a great plus
  • Highly independent, performance-driven, and comfortable with working in a dynamic global environment to tight deadlines within a tightknit experienced team  
  • Excellent inter-personal skills, advanced communication and presenting capabilities
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, and any other languages is a plus
  • Willingness to travel
  • Passionate about sports
