About the role
As a Senior B2B Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth in the B2B sector. Your primary focus will be on creating and implementing comprehensive marketing plans, managing cross-functional projects, and leveraging a deep understanding of the B2B landscape to generate leads, build brand awareness, and drive revenue through booking demand at all B2B locations. We're ideally looking for someone who is immediately available, so this role is open to temp - perm contractors too.
Requirements
Develop and execute offline and CRM based marketing campaigns (alongside the CRM team) that drive P2P supply acquisition and activation
Develop and execute tactical and often localised offline marketing activity to drive site specific B2B activation. Creating a playbook for each new site onboarded.
Analyse digital campaign performance and optimise campaigns based on data driven insights from our digital marketing agency/in-house digital leads.
Manage budgets and timelines for all offline marketing initiatives.
Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors and partners to execute campaigns and measure performance.
Work with all stakeholders around the business to communicate B2B marketing plans and activity.
Work in cohesion with the rest of the marketing team to leverage demand activity whilst ensuring brand and TOV are maintained.
Key Result will include revenue/bookings at B2B locations and MQL
Knowledge, skills and experience
Hands-on approach to tackling marketing activities
Proven growth marketing experience, preferably within a scale-up environment
Knowledge of CPC, CPA, AOV, LTV, ROAS would be beneficial
Proven track record of setting, delivering and exceeding revenue targets and a demonstrated ability to have a measurable impact in growing customer base quickly
Experience setting up AB tests and running analysis
Autonomous and entrepreneurial approach
Be an innovator in marketing, continually bringing new ideas to the table
Creative and data-driven experience where you have approached situations in a methodical, analytical and results-focused way
Experience managing multiple projects, campaigns and commercial targets
Confidence in data and analysis skills including Excel and SQL
Experience managing team and external agencies
