Job Description
Checkout.com is actively looking for a driven and agile Manager, Payments to join our growing Treasury team. Evolving in a high-pace and multifaceted environment, meticulous attention to detail will be key.
The ideal candidate will be a dedicated, laser-focused and highly organised individual, not shying away from high volume of work. You must be a teammate when it comes to getting the job done and assisting wherever you can.
How you’ll make an impact
- Provide leadership for BAU process management within the Payments Team ensuring processes are run smoothly
- Develop a deep understanding of our systems, cashflows and processes and look to further strengthen procedures
- Coordinate integration of change into BAU within payment team, working collaboratively with other teams
- Work collaboratively within Payments team globally including providing support as required and developing and clear understanding of roles and processes
- Be a key link to other teams and departments across Checkout.com
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
7+ years track record of experience in Payments (Acquiring / Issuing) in an international setup
Experience working with senior management and a multitude of partners
Strong process development and change management skills
Experience with applying supervising controls and mitigating operational risk
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, empower individuals and work collaboratively towards team goals
Highly analytical, strategic thinker with strong ideas and foresight
