Opportunity at a Glance
Curriculum & Instruction Developer
You will be primarily responsible for maintaining and improving pre-licensure assessment/evaluation to meet and exceed professional, accreditation, and regulatory standards based on the best available evidence. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders leading in the development and maintenance of best-in-class assessments that exceed faculty expectations, that address changing needs of students, and that assess stated course and program outcomes. You will direct resources to create and maintain assessments and serve as a senior-level assessment expert and guide assessment initiatives. You will work closely with various groups within Adtalem and Chamberlain University, including faculty, administration, clinical education, academic success, assessment committee, faculty development, library services, instructional designers, educational technology experts, and accreditation & regulatory, to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of assessments.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $68,637.22 and $124,230.14. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
