As our content marketing manager, youâll be responsible for helping us run our high-performing content marketing machine â youâll be briefing copywriters and designers, publishing stuff and managing platforms, offering content marketing support to wider teams; writing, reviewing, proofing, and signing off content (and lots more). Youâll be a crucial part of our growing content team helping to ensure weâre producing content that speaks to the right audiences, stands out in the market, and hits targets.
Itâs also fun; shaking things up is what working for a growing company is all about. So youâll need to be flexible, comfortable with continuous change, and working in a high-tempo environment as we grow.
Youâll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that youâre willing to learn. Hereâs what the team will be looking for:
đ A top-notch copywriter who knows instantly the difference between great and average content. đ Extensive experience in content marketing with a strong knowledge of what metrics to track, how to measure success, and how to apply key learnings. đA proven track record in producing successful copy/content in a marketing, advertising, or editorial environment, as well as having superb communication skills.Equally important is attitude.
