About the PositionOur organization is seeking an EMEA Senior Channel Development Manager with exceptional acumen and expertise to leverage our strengths to generate opportunities with new security services partners. In this pivotal role, you will lead our efforts in identifying, recruiting, and nurturing strategic channel partners to drive business growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of business strategy, marketing, and business development techniques. Position Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis/Partner Identification:
  • Market research to identify potential partners.
  • Analyze industry trends to identify gaps and opportunities for collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of potential partners.
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing to identify and contact target partners.
  • Partner recruitment and enablement
  • Execute recruitment and enablement activities, track, and measure metrics.
  • Develop Partner Business Plan: Account mapping, stakeholders, etc.
  • Lead generation and sales development (POC, training, complex quotes, help answering RFPs and Public tenders).
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships.
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Continuously optimize partner recruitment strategies based on feedback and results.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to understand, develop, and manage complex partnerships across multiple countries.
  • Experience developing service security partners.
  • Excellent English speaking, negotiation, and writing abilities.
  • Ability to self-manage and work remotely.
  • Soft skills: resilience, communication skills, objective-oriented, growth mindset, trailblazer, negotiation skills, self-start, and team worker.

Experience

  • 10+ years’ experience in direct and indirect sales in related industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in business, sales, or marketing
