Our partner is seeking a Customer Care Center Specialist for a position located in Canton, NY. The role focuses on delivering high-quality financial services and products with personalized customer care. Responsibilities:
Answer incoming bank calls and assist callers in accordance with customer service standards.
Provide technical support for Customer Care Center products and services.
Address basic deposit and loan inquiries from customers.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Assist customers with Quicken/QuickBooks and handle Regulation E claims.
Perform various clerical duties and provide support to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements
Call center or customer service experience preferred, banking experience a plus.
Two-year degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent experience.
Proficient PC skills including typing and internet usage.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Familiarity with e-mail software and business letter writing.
Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.

Compensation:
Minimum: USD $18.25/Hr.
