Job Description
The salary range for this position is $60,000-75,000 and is hybrid from our NYC office.
We've got an exciting opportunity for a Social Content Producer to join our Emmy Award-winning Creative Social team, to work with and contribute to the development of the social media presence of one of our partners - a leading global beauty brand.
Reporting to our Social Content Director, the Social Content Manager will possess knowledge across all social media platforms, and understand how brands can use social media to engage audiences online. You will have an established creator network, and can work with and brief creators for social outputs. Not only are you passionate about the beauty space, but you also have experience and a continued desire to lead/ work on both organic and paid campaigns at a national level working with partners.
Responsibilities:
- Promote reach and engagement for their social channels with excellent creative and strategy.
- Collaborate with our teams to deliver 'always on' social and creator content.
- Create copy with oversight from the team.
- Collaborate with social designers on the creation of assets
- Contract creators to develop content for social media including, static assets, short and long-form video (Reels, TikTok and longer scripted pieces), GIPHY stickers, GIFs, and memes.
- Build talent pools and contracts.
- Develop content briefs, timing plans, content calendars, live working documents, and contracts.
- Create visually captivating trending content to elevate online presence and engage with our vibrant community, with a focus on trending beauty content.
- Remain up to date with the new trends/behaviors on social media.
- Ensure best practices are followed on reporting and measurement to improve commercial impact.
- Adhere to internal processes relating to timing plans, content calendars, live working documents and wash up reports, ensuring the delivery of our projects in time and on budget.
- Liaise with clients and partners to receive briefs and all relevant information, so they can add input on decisions and sign off.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional industry experience.
- At least 2-3 years of executing content on and managing creators on behalf of a brand.
- Experience building audiences and increasing engagement.
- Experience contracting creators to develop content for social media: static assets, short and long-form video (Reels, TikTok and longer scripted pieces), GIPHY stickers, GIFs, and memes.
- Experience running monthly reports and providing critical thought analysis and data to help inform content strategy.
- A passion and understanding of social media audiences, beauty and pop culture.
- Must be a team player, and be able to wear different hats.
- Previous experience at a creative / social media agency.
- Have an excellent understanding of all social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
- Experience using Sprinklr
