Job Description
Core Purpose:
The Property & Maintenance Coordinator role will provide support to the Maintenance Manager to deliver the Fabric Lifecycle Program (FLP), utilising the company CAFM system to manage and report on activity in line with KPIs and Budget.
What you will do:
• Work closely with the Maintenance Manager to deliver an effective rollout of multiple Fabric and M&E workstreams that comprise the FLP
• Manage primary and secondary... maintenance contractors via company CAFM system to deliver effective rollout
• Ensure all RAMS/H&S Files are on file where required as per H&S regulations including CDM / Control of Asbestos etc.
• Coordinate and manage numerous contractor workstreams to ensure jobs are completed to required standards
• Maintain completion documentation including photographs and sign off certification
• Co-ordinate communication to internal stakeholders
• Raise, receipt, and manage Purchase Orders for the FLP and supporting activity
• Develop and maintain reporting to track progress on workstreams
• Any other ad hoc duties as advised by Line Manager
Who you are:
• Do you have experience of CAFM systems within a multi-site organisation and working knowledge of Verisae in particular?
• Are you an excellent communicator with experience and ability to represent the function to and communicate with all levels of the business?
• Do you have working knowledge of property / maintenance compliance requirements including but not limited to CDM, Asbestos, Legionella, Electrical & Gas Safety?
• Do you have advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and FM related systems?
• Are you extremely organised with strong attention to detail?
• Do you have experience of running and maintaining reports?
• Are you able to work as an individual, use own initiative and operate as part of a team?
Qualifications
HND qualification in Building Construction or similar approved or (working towards) with relevant experience in sound structure, defect knowledge and diagnosis
