Responsibilities
Ownership of architectural designs & solutions.
Development of cutting-edge cloud products.
Guiding a variety of exciting projects.
Working closely with the wider technical teams in both our Cambridge and London offices, (no travelling required.)
Support and mentor more junior team members.
Push boundaries within existing technology, while also creating and implementing new technology to achieve the best all-round solutions.
Requirements
Higher Degree in Computer Science, Engineering / similar or equivalent experience.
Minimum five years hands-on Python experience in a commercial setting, demonstrating involvement across the entire development life cycle.
Expertise in at least one popular Python framework.
Linux / Unix experience.
Experience writing automated tasks.
Familiarity with defining and implementing API’s.
Experience writing unit tests.
Familiarity with CI/CD processes.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (such as JavaScript and HTML5).
Experience with Django, Boto3, AWS would be beneficial.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, an out of the box thinker.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Great organisational and time management abilities.
A strong self-starter, with the confidence to lead a small team.
A passion for Virtual Production or Mo-Sys technologies would be beneficial.

Interview Process
Our interviews are quite informal and conversational, generally carried out over a 3-stage process. To help us learn more about your workplace behaviours and preferences, you will also be invited to complete a short Predictive Index (PI) Behavioural and Cognitive Assessment. Depending on the position, you may also be requested to undertake a technical assessment. The final stage normally involves a visit at the office to meet with senior members of the management team and get a feel for where you will be working.
