You will have demonstrable experience managing a mix of digital and creative projects and have and been involved in delivering both content and digital media content. You will have strong project management and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Responsible for:
Managing and delivering a number of Creative projects at any one time ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget
Provide content expertise to your account teams and clients and support our account teams to deliver creative, profitable campaigns and solutions
Building and maintain strong relationships with internal and external (3rd party suppliers) to assist with successful project delivery
Take proactive and thought leading approach to delivering all projects and campaigns
Providing a customer centric approach to our account teams and clients
Some of what you'll get up to:
Gather requirements and client input in order to feed into the resource team
Produce production ready client briefs/project specifications (for banner adverts, storyboards, email creatives, animated and video assets, strategy, creative content and more)
Create and manage project plans effectively with clear key timings and clear deliverables
Support in providing detailed estimates for new projects
Ensure commercials and budgets are controlled throughout project timelines
Be proactive in delivering updates to account and client teams
On time, to budget considering best practice and innovation at all times
Support in the production of storyboards, ad copy and creative visuals
Support production in identifying asset release type and ensuring all assets are delivered and distributed accurately and on time
Support the QC department in checking all campaigns for best practice and accuracy prior to client release
Liaise with account teams to ensure they are kept up-to-date with progress and helping provide great customer service
Requirements
Positive approach to delivering first class service and ‘best in class’ projects/campaigns
The ability to manage multiple, complex projects at any one time
Be able to communicate effectively at all levels, with both internal teams, clients and suppliers
The ability to demonstrate that you keep up to date with the latest industry trends so that innovation in our digital projects/campaigns is always front of mind
Previous experience working in an agency environment or similar fast-paced, project driven environment
