Job Description

Workplace Experience:

  • Effectively drive associate programs together with the team that reinforce Dynatrace Culture and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.  
  • Ensure that the office is managed according to their procedures and guidelines, including managing office supplies and refreshments, applicable 
  • Deliver exceptional event experiences tailored to the needs of your office location and the Dynatrace community at large  
  • Work on employee benefits administration, ensuring alignment, improvement, and competitiveness of our employee benefits in collaboration with the People Operations Team 

People Operations Support:

  • Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR inquiries and concerns with a customer-centric approach 
  • Assist in resolving employee issues, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture 
  • Support the delivery of core HR processes and responsibilities across the employee lifecycle 
  • Collaborate with other People & Culture teams to implement and maintain HR policies and processes and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations 
  • Support and participate in innovative solutions and transformation initiatives in collaboration with the dynamic and innovative global People & Culture team.  

 

This role is based out of our Mountain View or Denver Office and requires min. 4 days onsite per week 

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience 
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 

Preferred Requirements:  

  • Empathic, human-centric mindset and solution-driven thinking 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities 
  • Effective team player who exhibits strong collaboration skills  
  • Experience as an HR practitioner and/or familiarity with HR practices, including employment laws and regulations (preferred) 

Additional Information

DOE, annual salary is $75 - $90K plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401k, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience, education and location.
