The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects and driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
Role Overview
As a Staff Level HR Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing a range of HR programs, including talent management, engagement survey strategy, and leadership development. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure HR strategies are seamlessly integrated into overall business plans. Your expertise in program management and your ability to influence and engage multiple stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits
This is an exempt full-time position. The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $140,000 - $157,500. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
